These terms apply to every purchase from JUVOCAD.

Digital products

Everything sold here is a downloadable digital file. Nothing is shipped.

Accounts

You need an account to buy. Purchases are tied to your account, so keep your password private.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by our payment provider, and an order is complete only once the provider confirms the payment.

All sales are final

Digital files cannot be returned, so all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits. Check the formats, file sizes and license on the product page before you buy.

Downloads

Your files are available in your account after payment. Each file can be downloaded a limited number of times per purchase, and download links expire after a short time. New links are created each time you open your purchases.

License

Your use of each design is governed by the license named on its product page. See the license page.

Chargebacks

If a payment is reversed through your bank or card issuer, access to the files of that order ends.
